VTUBER TOS

= IT WILL TAKES 2 WEEKS TO MONTH TO HAVE YOUR MODEL DONE
= PLZ DO NOT USE MY ART IN SUCH BAD WAY LIKE NSFW STREAMING / Please do not try to make my work looks cheap, I charged base on brief and I really put my heart and soul in every commission I accepted, I feel insulted if you do
1- All prices are in USD via PayPal
2- Payment is in advance or half /half . if the price was more than 2000$+ I accept split it into 3 parts
3 - I DONT DRAW NSFW, and NUDIE CHARACTERS.
4- if I accepted ur commission , fill the form that in the menu in the home page
5- No refunds, unless I haven’t started on your request, or if urgent reasons arise where I will be unable to finish the request.
6- All commissioned pieces will be delivered digitally.
7- I reserve the right to reject a commission if I believe I am not comfortable or confident on taking your request.
8 - you have to send me a clear picture of ur character.
9 - my stages are (Sketch > LineArt > Adding Base colours>Colouring stages). U can send me ur feedback in the first 3 stages ,but in the colouring stage it wont be any changes .Major revisions on later update stages will incur an additional fee.
10 - I reserve the rights to post/use the commissioned artwork and add it to my artbook, store..etc. I am free to use it to promote myself and post it anywhere online. Please inform me if the commissioned artwork needs to be temporarily kept private. (e.g. for a friend’s birthday surprise or Debut).
11- I forbid the reselling of my artwork.Pls, no tracing, copying, editing, stealing, reselling and USING MY ARTS IN BAD THINGS.
12- Be sure to save the file somewhere on your computer, usb memory... I clean my gallery from time to time.
13- BY COMMISSIONING ME , U R AGREEING TO MY COMMISSION TERMS

COMMISSION PROCESS

1- Have a prepared references of your character.
2- If I accepted ur commission , I will provide a quote and estimated turnaround time.
3 - Confirm your commission request schedule if you’re comfortable with the quote and turnaround time provided.
If no response is made after 1 week, I will assume you r not interested anymore.
4 - I will start on your request and provide updates. Feedback is welcome on the first 3 stages .5- A preview of the finished artwork will be sent to you for review.
This will be watermarked if you are on a payment plan, for my security.
6- The artwork will be sent to you in PSD full resolution. After that, the commission process is done

LIVE2D MODELS (ART ONLY) PRICES

PRICES DEPEND ON HOW DETAILED UR CHARACTER IS. AFTER I SEE UR CHARACTER I WILL TELL U THE PRICE.
- HALF-BODY ($1100-1400$)
- FULL-BODY ($1400-2000$)
- HALF-BODY + DESIGNING ($1700)
- FULL-BODY + DESIGNING ($2000-$3500)
- Extra details\ detailed character add from (100$-1000$)
- Extra Outfit (1000$-1500$) depending on how detailed the outfits r.The character file will include : Default Outfit,
Face Expressions: SAD, SHY, AND ANGRY), 4 Eyes Expressions , 1 Extra Arm, Cat mouth)EXTRA ARM ($50 - 100$)

COMMISSION TOS

1- Reserve your turn on my list by filling the form that in the home page.
2- the payment via PayPal (in USD),
3- Payment is in advance .
4- I will show u a quick sketch before colouring to get ur feedback, also i will show u all the process.
- Pls, no tracing, copying, editing, stealing, reselling and USING MY ARTS IN BAD THINGS.
- Be sure to save the picture somewhere on your computer, usb memory... I clean my gallery from time to time.
-my signature will be included in a very small size.
- I reserve the right of increasing the price if you want a very high detailed drawing.
- I reserve the rights of cancelling your petition if I don't feel like drawing it or you have been proved troublesome in any way.
5- As an artist, I can for an example;
- Post/display the picture anywhere I want (giving you proper credit as the owner of the characters), Promote myself with it in any place.
- Offer the digital files on Patreon, Gumroad, and similar sites.
- Publish books with it.
- put it in my store.
- for you, u can do whatever u want with the arts within personal usage only/ non-profiting purpose.
6- I draw SFW, OC, Fanart, Chibi, game, couples under certain circumstances, anything cute. ,I do not draw: old people, hentai, yuri, yaoi, kisses scene obscenity, nude, heavy armor, complicated weapons, NSEW , Animal, religious subjects, any bad concept. …Etc. ,Refunds*__
7- I can refund 100% of the payment only if I have not started working on the sketch.
Refunds are only available if I cannot complete your commission.
